1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SBM Forex Academy's website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or enroll in any mentorship program.
2. Mentorship Program
SBM Forex Academy provides educational mentorship in the field of financial markets, specifically Forex, Crypto, and Commodities. Enrolling in the program grants you access to our curricula, live sessions, and community. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the program at our discretion.
3. Payment & Refunds
Payments for the SBM Forex Mentorship are processed through HitchPay. Upon successful payment of the special program rate (currently 50,000 NGN / $39), you will receive confirmation and access details.
Due to the digital and high-value nature of our educational content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the mentorship access has been granted.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials, including videos, PDFs, strategies, and proprietary content shared during the mentorship, are the intellectual property of SBM Forex Academy. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own learning. Any unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.
5. Prop Firm Funding
As part of our community initiative, students who demonstrate discipline and pass our internal risk assessment may be eligible for a $10,000 Prop Firm Trading Account. This is a merit-based reward and is not a guaranteed outcome of simple enrollment. Demonstration of skill and risk management is mandatory.
6. Limitation of Liability
SBM Forex Academy and its founders shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or for any financial losses incurred through trading. Trading is a high-risk activity and you perform it at your own risk.
